Power Grid and POSOCO 2017 recruiting for Diploma Trainees/HR/Finance posts

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), is an Indian state-owned electric utility company headquartered in Gurugram, India. POWERGRID, the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India and a “Navratna” Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, is engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, co-ordination, supervision and control over complete Inter-State transmission system and operation of National & Regional Power Grids.

POWERGRID requires bright, committed and energetic professionals to be inducted in the posts as detailed below for their Northern Region-I covering the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana & Delhi and Corporate Centre, Gurgaon.

Vacancies at Power Grid Northern Region-1 : 

1.   Diploma Trainee (Electrical) : 33 posts (UR-16, OBC-13, SC-4, Ex.SM-1) (PWD-1))

2.   Diploma Trainee (IT) : 10 posts (UR-5, OBC-3, SC-2, Ex.SM-1)

3.   Assistant (Finance) : 19 posts (UR-10, OBC-07, SC-1, ST-1 (PWD-1))

Power System Operation Corporation (POSOCO) is a Government of India enterprise(separate from POWERGRID) under the Ministry of Power entrusted with the responsibility of independent system operator of India for integrated operation of regional and national power system through National Load Despatch

POWERGRID has been entrusted with the assignment of recruitment on behalf of Power System Operation Company (POSOCO) for its Headquarters, National Load Dispatch Centre (NLDC) and Northern Region Load Dispatch Centre (NRLDC) in New Delhi for various posts as per details given below:

Vacancies at POSOCO

1.   Diploma Trainee (Electrical) : 08 posts (UR-06, OBC-02)

2.   Diploma Trainee (IT) : 02 posts (UR-02)

3.   Diploma Trainee (Electronics) : 02 posts (UR-02)

4.   Jr. Officer  Trainee (HR) : 04 posts (UR-04)

5.   Assistant (Finance) : 03 posts (UR-03)

Application Fees:

 SC/ST/PWD/ Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

For Diploma Trainees/HR: Rs.300

For Assistant (F&A): Rs.200
