The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) was established on 1 November 1973 as an independent recruitment agency in pursuance of the recommendations of the Gajendragadkar Committee.

ASRB invites online application for the recruitment of Stenographer and Lower Division Clerk vacancy.

Vacancy Details:

Stenographer : 95 posts

Lower Division Clerk: 78 posts

Pay Scale:

Stenographer :  Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200-20,200 , Grade Pay: Rs. 2,400

Lower Division Clerk: Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200-20,200, Grade Pay: Rs. 1,900

Age Limit :  Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years (as on 25-09-2017)

Educational Qualification: 
For Stenographer: Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Board. They must have the typing speed of 80 wpm in English or in Hindi on computer.

For Lower Division Clerk: Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Board. They must have the typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.

Application Fees:

General/UR/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 200 through SBI Bank Challan OR usin Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card. SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates don’t have to pay any fee.
