Pay Scale: 

Train Controller/Station Operator: Rs. 13,500 – 25,250

Section Engineer: Rs.16,000 – 30,770

Junior Engineer: Rs. 13,500 – 25,250

Technician: Rs. 8000 – 14,140

Education Qualification:

For Train Controller/Station Operator: Candidates should have passed Three-year Engineering Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised university/institute.
For Section Engineer: Candidates should have passed Four-year of Engineering Degree in relevant stream from a recognised university.
For Junior Engineer: Candidates should have passed Three-year of Engineering Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised university.
For Technician: Candidates should have passed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant stream from a recognised university.

Age: as on 01-01-17

For TC/SO, SE, JE: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years
For Technicians: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years

Age Relaxation as per rule:

SC/ST Candidates: 5 years

OBC/Ex-Servicemen: 3 years

Application Fees:

General/UR/OBC Candidates: Rs. 400

SC/ST/Women Candidates: Rs. 150
