The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament. The KVIC is charged with the planning, promotion, organization and implementation of programs for the development of Khadi and other village industries in the rural areas in coordination with other agencies engaged in rural development wherever necessary.

Executive: Rs. 5,200-20,200  Grade Pay Rs. 2,800

Senior Executive: Rs. 9,300-34,800 Grade Pay Rs. 4,200

Assistant: Rs. 9,300-34,800 Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400

Education Qualification:

For Assistant Directors & Executive: Candidates should have passed Bachelor of Engineering/Technology according to relevant field or Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognised university.
For Senior Executive: Candidates should have passed Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Economics/Statistics/Commerce or Bachelor of Law according to relevant field from a recognised university.

Age: (as on 01-01-2017): 

For Assistant Director: Maximum 35 years
For Senior Executive: Maximum 30 years
For Executive: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years

Application Fees:

For Assistant Director: General/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 1,200 and SC/ST/PWD Candidates have to pay Rs. 600.
For Senior Executive: General/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 800 and SC/ST/PWD Candidates have to pay Rs. 400.
For Executive: General/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 and SC/ST/PWD Candidates have to pay Rs. 400.

All candidates have to pay through online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.

Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Computer-based Online Test.
