Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) invites online application from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 1,540 posts of Graduate Trained Teachers within Jharkhand.

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (J.S.S.C.) has been constituted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act 2008 (Jharkhand Act 16, 2008) and it has been published vide Gazette notification no. 829 dt. 6 December 2008 of Jharkhand Government.

Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800 Grade Pay: Rs. 4,600

Age Criteria: (as on 01-01-2017): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years
Age Relaxation:

SC/ST: 5 Years

OBC: 3 Years

PWB: 5 Years

Education Qualification:

Candidates should have passed Post Graduation Degree in relevant subject with 55% marks and must possess B.Ed. from a recognized university.

Application Fees:

General/OBC/UR candidates have to pay Rs. 600 and SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through SBI E-portal.

 Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Computer-based Test.
