“Bihar Gram Swaraj Yojna Society” was registered in 2010 under Society’s Registration Act, 1860 under the aegis of Panchayati Raj Department, Govt. of Bihar. The Society under its by-laws is governed with a General Body headed by Development Commissioner, Govt. of Bihar as its Chairperson and Principal Secretary / Secretary of eleven Departments under Govt. of Bihar as its Members.

Pay Scale:  

Block Facilitator: Pay Scale: Rs. 16,870-24,218

Block Project Manager (BPM): Pay Scale: Rs. 29,752-41,644

Age Criteria:

Minimum 22 years and Maximum 55 years

Education Qualification:

For Block Facilitator: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised university with 2 years of experience in relevant field.
For Block Project Manager (BPM): Candidates should have passed Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Rural Development/Rural Management/Social Work, Agriculture with one year of experience from a recognised university.
