UGC NET 2018: For Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellow

On behalf of UGC, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification for recruitment of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship through NET National Eligibility Test.

Education Qualification:

Candidates should have passed post graduation from universities/institutes recognized by UGC with atleast 55% marks.

Candidates in final year of Master’s Degree can also apply.

Job Location: All over India

Application Fees: 

 All candidates have to pay application fee through online mode using Net-banking/Credit/Debit Card or e-challan at Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank.

General candidates have to pay Rs. 1000

OBC have to pay Rs. 500

SC/ST/OBC has to pay Rs. 250

Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test.

Age Limit: as on (01-07-2018)

For Junior Research Fellow: Maximum 30 years

For Assistant Professor: No upper age limit

Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD: 5 Years
